Demulsifier BA1-3

A demulsifier is a surfactant that can break emulsions. It mainly works by partially replacing the stabilizing film, thereby disrupting the emulsion. Used as a dehydration agent, it removes water from crude oil and heavy oil to achieve the required water content.

BA1-3 is a nonionic surfactant demulsifier designed for breaking emulsions in crude oil during gathering, storage, and transportation. BA1-3 has strong inversion demulsification capability, providing rapid water separation at low temperatures with clear interfaces. It is low in toxicity, non-corrosive, and safe to use.
